Deposits
When Goodyear Autocare Merimbula orders in parts on behalf of a customer, a deposit may be requested to secure the order. This deposit is non-refundable if the customer then changes their mind. In the case of second-hand parts, these are, in most cases, not returnable and the customer would need to pay for the part even if the work does not go ahead. We will make every effort to exchange or refund parts where possible. There are rules we also need to follow with our suppliers, and we are not always able to refund or return parts.

Unpaid Accounts
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 13% p.a., calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid. 

Warranty
Some warranties are available on parts supplied and fitted depending on the terms and conditions of the supplier. Warranty does not cover any further labour costs. Warranty claims are subject to our suppliers’ terms and conditions with their warranty given. 
Warranty work will only be covered if the repairs are completed by Goodyear Autocare Merimbula or approved associated workshops. 
Once a vehicle has left our workshop and been repaired by anyone other than our Goodyear Autocare team without written approval, all warranties are void.

There are no warranties on second hand parts or parts supplied by a customer, as they are considered second hand parts.
